When you visit to enroll bring your qualifying spouse's ID card.
- Any membership may be revoked, without refund. Vandalism, verbal/physical abuse of staff, violating safety policies or persistent lack
of cooperation is not acceptable.
- Services for Dependents such as pool passes or Family Pass may only be purchased by a current member.
- Your membership expires the close of business on the last day of finals each semester. Each semester membership expires on the end of business
the last day of finals. The interim between the end of summer school and the beginning of fall semester is included with your fall membership. Click on the Semester Schedule
page to see the exact dates.
- Your CWID number is required if you charge your membership to your OSU Bursar Account.
- Automatic renewal is available to OSU Faculty and Staff for both Semester and Annual Memberships through your Bursar Account. You will be asked to sign a

| Membership Services - Student Information |
- Students have an automatic membership through their enrollment. Your membership is effective only during your currently enrolled semester.
See Membership Types below to see if you qualify for an additional semester without being enrolled.
- Your membership ends the close of business the last day of finals each semester. If you have not pre-enrolled for the following semester your
membership will be inactive
- Fall semester membership begins the day after summer school ends. This is generally in late July, so if you come to campus early and you
are pre-enrolled, your membership will be active during the weeks prior to school starting
- ID cards are not transferable. ID cards will be confiscated if it doesn't belong to you. Abuse of this policy will result in the student's
ID card made inactive and membership privileges denied
- If you withdraw from school, your membership privileges are lost. You must be currently enrolled to use the facilities. Check the
registrar's refund schedule to see the deadlines required for tuition and fees reimbursement. There comes a time when nothing is refunded.
- Students may purchase a summer membership if they were previously enrolled in the spring. Pre-enrollment for the fall semester does not mean
your are a student during the summer semester
