Absolutely Abs - This class is already of favorite of many students who want to tone and strengthen the abdominals.
Body Pump - Pump up those energy levels while going through an effective strength training workout.
Cardio Pump - Take exercising to a new level in which you'll focus on both cardio and strength training.
Cardio-Pump Kickboxing - A high power workout moving through a kickboxing and strength training workout.
Solely Step - This instructor centers on "Only" step! With no weights or ab work, this class is for the hardcore step purist.
Step 'N Tone - While using the Reebok adjustable platform you will go through a high intensity/low impact workout,
followed by toning up through use of weights and bands.
Tightened Assets - Have fun in this 30 minute class while the instructor helps you focus on a supreme lower body workout.
Zumba - Work your body as you move to the music. The instructor will lead you through a great class that will make you sweat while having fun.
Best Of Both - Literally get the best of both! In this class you'll be energized with 30 minutes of cardio on the step,
and then you'll come down for another 30 minutes of Pilates training before you end with some deep relaxing stretches.
Cardio Muscle Mix - Mix it up- want a little of everything? This is the class for you. Focusing on a
variety of cardio and strength training exercises this class will make you work then stretch you out.
Cardio Kickboxing - Our instructors will help you channel your frustrations while you experience a great
cardiovascular workout using easy-to-follow shadow boxing moves. You will feel empowered as you relieve the day's stress.
Power Ball - Firm everything up as you move through a workout based on the stability ball. This class focuses on
resistance training to strengthen and tone throughout the body.
Step 'N Pump - A combination of step aerobics and strength training for both the upper and lower body. The instructor
will help you achieve a full body workout in only an hour!
Stepography - In this class you will use step and complex choreography to work your mind as well as your body.
Tone & Trim - a 45 minute class of toning with weights - come and enjoy getting in shape.
Instructors choice - This instructor loves to challenge the participants by a good cardio workout that is followed
by a strength and toning segment.
